Treatment Plan Average Cost

This metric shows the average Treatment Plan proposed fees and the average Treatment Plan completed fees for the selected date range.

Average Proposed Fees

The average proposed fees is calculated by taking the total value of all treatment plans and dividing by the total number of treatment plans created within the specified date range.

Example

John Smith has created 10 treatment plans this month, with a total value for all plans of $15,000.

John's Average Proposed Fees are $1,500.

Note: All amounts are allocated to the provider who is the owner of the treatment plan

Average Completed Fees

The average completed fees is calculated by taking the total value of treatment plan related fees (minus discounts) for treatments completed within the specified date range.

These amounts are allocated to the provider who performs the treatment.

Example

John Smith completed 100 treatments this month. These treatments were associated with 20 different treatment plans (created any time).

The total value of these treatments was $20,000

John's Average Completed Fees are $1,000
