Recall Prebook Rate

This metric shows the total number of patients who had their check-up and clean (011, 012, 88011, 88012) within the selected date range, that have a follow-up appointment booked 6 months later.

To be counted as a successful recall pre-booking, the follow-up appointment must be booked within 7 days of the original check-up and clean.

Note: To ensure appointments slightly outside of the 6 monthly range are captured, we are counting any appointments scheduled between 5.5 to 8 months later.

This gauge chart shows the clinic total recall prebooking rate for the selected date range.

The upper "target" of the Gauge chart represents the clinic Goal (if configured).

Clinic totals are shown in the text beneath these charts, with amounts shown for:

1) Total Recall Prebook Rate for the selected date range (eg. This Month)
2) Total Recall Prebook Rate for the previous date range (eg. Last Month)
3) Recall Prebook Rate Goal for the period (optional - if configured in Settings)
