Reappointment Rate

This metric is calculated by taking the total number of patients who had an appointment within the selected date range, then determining what percentage of them have a follow-up appointment booked for any date in the future (with any provider).

To be counted as a successful reappointment, the follow-up appointment must be booked within 7 days of the original appointment, or before the original appointment (to cater for pre-bookings).

This gauge chart shows the clinic total reappointment rate for the selected date range.

The upper "target" of the Gauge chart represents the clinic Goal (if configured).

Clinic totals are shown in the text beneath these charts, with amounts shown for:

1) Total Reappointment Rate for the selected date range (eg. This Month)
2) Total Reappointment Rate for the previous date range (eg. Last Month)
3) Reappointment Rate Goal for the period (optional - if configured in Settings)
