How do I check if my FTA/UTA's are setup correctly

There are two common ways to log FTA / UTA's in your PMS - via Item Codes or Appointment Status.

Jeeve caters for both of these configurations - however if you add FTA's / UTA's by adjusting the appointment status in your appointment books, we recommend configuring D4w to automatically create the associated Item codes.

Automatically add FTA/UTA Item Codes

1. Open your appointment book and Select Options -> Set Appointment Status Types

2. Select the FTA/UTA status in the dropdowns, and tick the box to Automatically add/remove item in Px treatment
